Stefan Schlepphorst is a brewing engineer and beverage specialist combining brewing science, sensory expertise, and analytical thinking. He holds formal qualifications in brewing engineering and business administration and has developed a profile that connects process understanding with quality evaluation and data-driven improvement.

Stefan has worked for Brewtech GmbH and AMS Beverage Engineering and Services GmbH and gained more than three years of practical experience as Brewmaster, supporting breweries during commissioning, optimisation, and stabilisation. His hands-on scope includes brewhouse and cellar operations, recipe development, process troubleshooting, quality routines, and supporting plant teams to achieve consistent output. He is particularly effective in translating complex technical issues into practical corrective actions and training.

Internationally, Stefan has worked in and with breweries across the Caribbean, Cameroon, Laos, and Vietnam, bringing experience with different raw materials, climates, operational constraints, and organisational cultures. He has also supported projects and customers including Coca-Cola, Carlsberg, and other international beverage groups, giving him broad exposure across beer and soft drink environments.

A key strength is his sensory and microbiological focus: structured sensory evaluation, quality interpretation, and linking sensory outcomes to process causes.
