Josef Puc

Josef Puc is a senior mechanical supervisor with more than 35 years of international experience in brewery construction, mechanical installation, and piping systems. Trained as an industrial mechanic, he has worked extensively on greenfield and brownfield brewery projects across Europe, Africa, Asia, and North America, supporting installation, supervision, and commissioning activities.

Josef specialises in stainless-steel piping, tank installation, CIP systems, steel construction, and mechanical assembly within brewhouse, fermentation, utilities, and packaging interface areas. He has led and coordinated mechanical installation teams on complex sites, ensuring correct execution in accordance with drawings, specifications, hygiene requirements, and safety standards.

He is particularly valued during critical installation and commissioning phases, where precise workmanship, interface coordination, and rapid problem-solving are essential to maintain schedule and quality. Josef works closely with process suppliers, civil contractors, and site management to resolve clashes, implement practical adjustments, and prepare systems for smooth commissioning and handover.
