His background uniquely combines hands-on brewing leadership with deep engineering and design expertise, enabling him to support projects from early concept through commissioning and stable operation.

He specialises in the conceptual and detailed design of breweries that balance European brewing traditions with modern process technology and the operational realities of today's craft brewing industry.
